Sherwood Pines Parkrun
Went off intentionally hard, but was struggling already by the first uphill. Just feeling really low in energy, nauseous and a bit dizzy. Managed to hold it together until the final hill, at which point my legs completely gave up and was a struggle just to keep running. Luckily was a gradual downhill most of the way to the finish.
Lovely single lap course through the forest. Would have been very enjoyable if I wasn't feeling so terrible!

Again feeling really nauseous and dizziness was getting worse. Seeing stars and head swirling every time I stopped between reps so stopped after 6.
Not quite sure what was wrong. Hopefully just a combination of being sick last week, booster jab, poor nutrition and the early start.
