Took Jonny's bike as my front gears aren't working. Very windy at times. Feeling a lot more confident with the skinny tyres after my crash last time. The lack of icy roads definitely helped.

Down to the flat. Nice to run a bit faster again and shorts/shirt weather! Nothing too bad from the achilles, but tight upper calf. However instantly sore as soon as I turned up the hill to home.
