Glovers Wood

Surprisingly tricky as it was quite leafy and low-vis in places. Lots of legs requiring a compass bearing to tiny pits in the middle of flat areas which I am not very good at. Ran well for the first third of the course before getting very tired and making a lot of mistakes.

First orienteering back in the UK. So much fun!
Was a small area on 1:5000 so was almost like a forest sprint. Lots of track running so was actually able to run quite a lot of it and body coped okay. Absolutely blowing up the hills though!!
