Howgills with Jonny from Bowderdale up to The Calf and down Cautley Spout to finish.
Really long gradual uphill on squishy, grassy track. Top bit was in the mist! Then a step, rocky descent to finish. Really fun.

Very fun, but the constant steep ups and downs were definitely accumulating by the end!!

Cross Fell (893m) - highest mountain in England outside of the Lake District

Mostly very runnable grassy farm track with some really wet, boggy bits on the top. Nice 360 views from the top. Crunched my ankle in a hole in the flagstones coming down off Little Dun Fell which made the sidling bits on the descent a little painful.
