Absolutely disgusting weather on my cycle home from work which put me off completely. So opted for my first ever treadmill session. Weather was actually not too bad by the time I walked to the gym and very nearly turned around but couldn't face a solo killing fields.
Quite scary running fast at first but quickly got the hang of it. Almost blacked out every time I stopped between the intervals though which was strange. Guess just from it being really hot inside and stopping suddenly rather than gradually slowing down?
Treadmills are pretty cool these days. Went for a lovely run round places in NZ - Franz Joseph glacier, Blue Pools, Auckland Domain, the Beehive and Mt Vic :)
