Gladhouse loop. Beautiful blue wintery day. Feet got pretty cold on the descent into Bonnyrigg. Had to stop at the shop to warm up and eat some cake to get enough energy for the final climb into town.

4th leg

Chest/voice still bad so set off at a steady pace up the hill. Really enjoyed the course, was pretty well suited to me in terms of length, nice runnable descents and short uphills.
Felt like I was in a comfortably hard state the whole race, never really pushing to the max as I could feel my lungs would struggle. Quite surprised by the pace in the end. Managed to pass a couple of teams to finish in 14th.
