All day watching England vs Scotland cricket. Really fun in the sunshine with a great picnic and exciting match.

Garmin having a mare so had no idea what pace I was going. So had to go by feel which was about spot on. Felt quite comfortable despite spending 4 hours walking round the zoo in the sun all day.

Felt rubbish for the first couple, breathing really heavily and not recovering enough in the rests, but eventually got into it. Started to get a bit wobbly after 11 so put more focus in holding my form and managed to hold the times.
