Track session at Meadowbank yayy :) Did a test session to get an idea what sort of pace I can run the 5km race next week.
4x 1200m @ 19:00, 18:30, 18:00 5km pace, then whatever I had left for the last one. [2mins rest]
Kept starting a bit too fast being about 3 secs under, then dropping it on the last lap to be 2 secs over. But just so happy to be doing some intervals on the track :D Jonny paced me for the last 1.5 which helped a lot.

T.B.T. class - thought this might be a bit like AB&T but ended up being a load of zumba and only 1 ab track. Still had an overly enthusiastic male instructor at least! Abs are quite sore after 3 days in a row.
Signed up for a 7 day free pass with Edinburgh Leisure so went along to a class called 'Core Pilates'. Ended up being pretty rubbish...just a load of breathing in and out.
