Sprint Scotland Race 1 - Hallglen East
Good result, average performance.
Really fun, tricky housing estate on a slope which made it even harder to read the map on the run. My navigation felt pretty scrappy but luckily there were no real traps, so running in the general direction of the control was okay (even though I hadn't made a plan for many of the legs). Spent most of the race being distracted by my knee and also foot decided to flare up as well.

Knee got really stiff in the gap between the races and am hobbling round the house this evening. Not looking good for Oringen, let alone getting any good training in before WOC :'( Really frustrating as I was finally beginning to feel like I'd got some form back after my foot injury and now cross-training isn't even an option.
