Cruisy cycle down to Asda and back. I forgot the Great Edinburgh Run was on so had to take a different route on the way down, just winging my way through the streets.

Woo running!! Foot felt tight (from not using it much lately I guess), but not sore. Didn't feel as much of a slug as I thought I would :) Even getting down to 4.42mins/km on the last one...woahh look out everyone! haha.
