Slow yog with mum around Mishka's loop. Foot coped really well with the slower pace. So might try and do a few more of these slower runs so I can get in enough running before Nationals!

Quick run during the break in the cricket. Outer edge of foot was sore for the first 5mins then came right. Got sore again after 30mins so walked the last bit home.
Saw a grass fire that had just started when I ran past from a car doing donuts. Had to change my route on the way back cos the smoke was going everywhere! Meant i ran more on the roads than planned which wasn't ideal.

Ran at a steady tempo pace but still felt terribly unfit. Had major water belly going on also so got quite bad stomach cramps in the second loop. Over-ran V thinking it was on the track, everything else was fine. Long way off the pace today.
