Fairfield Horseshoe with Jonny...such a gorgeous day! The uphills were surprisingly okay, but the downhill was horrible!! Left quad was sooo sore and jarred every time I tried to land on it.

Epic mission in the Lakes with Jonny. Quads were feeling very sore from the fell race yesterday so downhills were not the best. From the Langdale YHA we went over the fells to Stickle tarn. Harrison Stickle, Pike o Stickle, round the valley head then up Bowfell. Down the Band and back along valley to Elterwater.
