Such a lovely course on the forest trails and round the lake. Was about 20 metres behind Neil the whole way, but couldn't get any closer...probably cos he was busy chasing after another girl in front that he thought was me :p

Really enjoyed this. Foot felt fine throughout and navigating well (about from a minor loss in concentration at 15 & 16). Probably stuck to the paths a little too much in places. Had to use my full minute on each of the road crossings though cos I desperately needed the break!! Just hanging onto the back of Klara for the last couple of controls as I was struggling massively. Pretty pleased to end up not too far down on the leader after minimal running the past month.
