Sprint course at Sussex Uni. Feeling tired and not very enthused, orienteering terribly with lots of stopping at controls.
This course/area had everything that I'm not so good at in sprint orienteering...hills, steps, annoying wiggly route choices instead of simple L/R. So something I definitely need to practice but just could not get going today. Feeling very slow and sluggish.
