Easter Prologue- La Trobe Uni Bendigo
Felt like my navigation speed was far more of a limiting factor than my running speed. Overran #1 and lost 35secs. not a good start. Lost another 25secs on 18. I went left and then couldn't decide if I could run under the buildings (I hadn't been that way on #1). They are the only time losses on winsplits but my orienteering was pretty slow.

Collapsed about 1.5hrs after I finished the event and spent the night in hospital. Not a good experience.

morning run after night shift. 6km warm up. then Monna Fartlek along the west wall of the pondage. Nice morning for running.

Monna fartlek, plus cool down.
