Sprintervals with the Oslo boys. V v v v tough!! Great session.
Managed to stay with (and sometimes beat?) the big boys for most of it.

Think I'm getting fast again :)

5mistakes of note:
#1 - slow jumping the fence, 3s lost.
#4 - took a slightly shorter but with a lot more running through the forest route choice. About 5s slower.
#9, #10 - managed to take the long way around the buildings both times on these shorter, 40/60 RC's. About 10s lost.
#18 - didn't commit enough on my RC and spent too much time map reading rather than running. 6s.
