Orienteering race (JIRCs relay) 27:39 [5] 4.72 km (5:51 / km) +100m 5:18 / km

Started off well from #1-6. Then on #7 I mucked up and lost about 30 seconds and lost the lead pack. Chasing through the second group all through the spectatory area and managed to get back some time. Overall, came back 45 seconds down on Harrison.

Running warm up/down 11:00 [3] 2.0 km (5:30 / km)

Jog too and from the toilets, then some drills etc at the start.

#1 so bad, lost 5 minutes, poor picture coming into the control and just mucked around the cirlce for ages. Good through #2-9. #10 lost 3 minutes as I went to high, I was expecting to see two big crags but didn't see them. After that it was good to the finish.

Easy leg loosener before the weekend. Out across the feilds and back.

Tried the new route again and went the right way this time:D. Took it fairly easy as im racing at the weekend but felt pretty good.
I will officialy name this route Tenants hill. Up library hill down through the golf course, up tenants hill, back around Cissbury and through the feilds.

30 minute run, 30 secods fast, 30 slow jog recovery. Felt pretty good we was felt nackered near the end! Don't have exact distances but got around 175m in the run each time.

Went out trying to do a route mum told me about but ended up getting lost :P Going to try out the route again on Wednesday.
