Orienteering race 33:10 [5] *** 4.45 km (7:27 / km) +175m 6:14 / km

Had the worst start and lost 3 minutes on number 4. But after 9 I had a really good end to the course. Lost time on quite a lot of controls but no major mistakes.

British heats, took it easy and my Ashma was a bit rough. But easily qualified for the final:)

Orienteering race (British sprint final) 15:31 [5] *** 3.76 km (4:08 / km) +40m 3:55 / km
spiked:27/29c

British sprint final, came second and had a very good run. Lost about 30 seconds but had good control flow and felt in great form.

Very easy short session just to ease off legs for the weekend. 8 x 200m with 30 second recovery. All at about 31.

Orienteering race (Army league ) 1:14:04 [4] *** 8.6 km (8:37 / km) +125m 8:02 / km

It was 7.4 on straight line but my Garmin said it was 8.6km. It was a very rough area with quite few technical areas and I struggled to go fast due to undergrowth. Didn't make lots of mistakes but some of my route choice wasn't the best. However, overall a good race!:)
