Running 48:00 [3] 7.5 km (6:24 / km) +135m 5:52 / km

Extended Odda Hill circuit. Thought I'd be OK, and felt pretty good on run, but really grotty afterwards, with sore throat and headache - the lurg from school finally hits (was the only one left to get it!). If so, that's snookered tomorrow, but will wait and see.

Circuit from school to Gilstead and back after school. Very chilly. Felt stiff and sore most of the way round - no energy to actually run. Hard work even though only intensity 3. Also running club with children - but not enough to actually list.

No run: weather too bad (got blown over at one point on way home!). Hour and quarter teaching hockey (indoors!). Took two and a half hours to get home tonight, with overhead power lines and trees creating chaos on the trains.

Running 30:00 [3] 5.5 km (5:27 / km) +80m 5:05 / km

Pre-bkfst figure of 8 run from Travelodge Waterside. Out along river, up to Royal Crescent, back across river and up to (and back along) canal. Nicely relaxed on a rare lovely morning. Good to squeeze a run in.

Hockey session as part of coaching course at Bath Uni: some fairly intense work, but spread over a 2-hour session. Final small-sided game was near maximal at times!
