Gorgeous day, so had to get out and run with the dogs. Tried to do a flat run, but failed miserably. Felt soft and flabby and all around unhappy with myself and also a little panicky about the PNWOF events. Managed to talk myself down a bit after a while, but still a weirdly anxiety-filled run.
