Elliptical intervals at the gym at work. I did 4x4 minutes, worked hard. Learning about how Germany helped bring about the Russian Revolution of 1917. Somehow we never learned that in history class back in Russia...

A bit sick of the elliptical, so did some stationary bike in the early morning.

A lighter PT and strength session, with a bunch of stretching thrown in. All before 6am.

Elliptical session. I did 2x12 minutes at "threshold" effort, and then 5 30 second accelerations.
