Little bit of easy Collserola with Lucía having some good orienteering chat. Potentially a little longer than I had advertised, although the bigger issue was having to do the last decent in the darkness without really a better option than just having to brave it. All's well that ends well though and everyone survived.

Tried spicing things up a little with some laboured floating between the reps which was unpleasant but equally probably means it was doing some good. Died fairly hard too which was partially due to some bad pacing but I'm going to claim partially due to having not fully shaken the last few virions from whatever last week was. Actually felt pretty happy to be back doing some hard running again, which seems a little Stockholm Syndrome-y to me but hey-ho.
