What sort of devil created intervals! Hell on earth!

I took Dan along with me as I don't think I would have done it quite as hard without him there.

The first one I ran as fast as my legs would take me & I thought I was gonna die. After what felt like seconds I had to slow down but kept running quicker Thant normal pace & I did the 300 meters in 1.48 minuets

I then walked back to Dan trying not to die, I did not want to do that again

The second I went a little slower and held on further before slowing down but when I did slow down I had to walk I was screwed. I them picked up the running again my legs didn't like this I was gasping rather than breathing. 1.58

Walked back to Dan and I got my breath back quicker this time.

The third one felt the best I was going just a few seconds slower than the first 1.52. I held the pace better than both the others holding on longer before dropping pace. I felt better at the end of this one.

The fourth was awful I felt as if I would be sick 3/4 of the way in and at the end I had to stop and lean against a tree gasping again. This was awful but thankfully it was my kat & Dan had chocolate milk waiting for me & I managed to keep it down.

We then did a slow walk to the swimming baths. We didn't stop as if I had there was no way I would get back up again.

I felt a lot better after my slow walk to the swimming baths.

I had a very relaxing swim. I did 30 laps so 750meters.

I'm not very quick at swimming but I can keep going & I really do enjoy it.
