Time and distance is an estimate - had to sprint out to put some of the controls out tonight. Everything was running a little behind schedule so I helped out. Mark also ran off with all the strops (and keys) so there was a mild panic as we tried to work out how we were going to secure them. Not the chilled out warm up I was hoping for.

After my extended warm up I had 2 options, stay and run the course or leg it over to Barre. I decided to give the course a go. It was a good fun course. Felt number 8 was a little deep in the green but it allowed me to drop my little train so I was actually pretty happy. Last couple were a struggle mainly due to my legs getting super tired. I'm going to blame that warm up....
