Legs are unsurprisingly knackered, so I shuffled around Hillsborough with the dog. Obviously sticking to the paths given the event this weekend.....

Well, this was bad. Nearly ran to the wrong number 1, happened to see mine as I was on the line to the one beyond it. Then got terribly confused on the way to 4 given the control all of 20m away from mine, pretty sure it was too close to my control to be legal. Here I got caught by my 2 min girl and here's where it all went wrong. She was faster by less accurate than me and I kept trying to push to keep up and therefore was also being pulled off my line. A lot of small misses (and a couple of big ones) just led me to get more and more frustrated. Tried to do my own thing but I kept being drawn away. Messed up one of the last ones though as I ended up on the wrong path and couldn't work out what I'd done. Probably lost 5-6 mins in total which was annoying as once again I was feeling pretty strong.

Really happy with this, legs felt pretty strong even if my lungs did not! A few hesitations but no major mistakes
