Running (Road) 26:05 [3] 5.48 km (4:46 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 4

So dodgy leg and a cold = 40s pb???? Ran the road loop at home, but decided just to take it easy and not to push too hard, so I was incredibly surprised to see my time as I finished. Plus this garmin thinks the loop is 150m longer than the 305 did. Pretty happy with that run and I think I will head back to intervals on Monday to see how my leg holds pre-EOC

Strength and Conditioning (Parkfit) 1:00:00 [3] 3.2 km (18:45 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrines

Taffs back, and he was feeling mean...Just the three of us there so he didnt give us a choice of toughness, which meant whilst one of the girls got 15 burpees I got 45, I wasnt happy about that. We thought we had got away with staying relatively dry, until the final exercise, sit-ups......in a puddle..... thank god for plastic seat covers!

Cycling (Turbo) 32:00 [1]

Epic Fail! This was supposed to be intervals on the bike, including warm up/down followed by 30s on 60s off x4, 40s/60s x4, 30s/60s x4. As I finished, I thought god that was easy, I hate the bike since it felt like I'd done nothing. Headed back inside and mum asked me if I'd taken the resistance off, to which I looked at her blankly.....slowly dawned on me I hadn't put the resistance on doh! Felt like a right pratt, but couldn't be bothered to go do more. So effectively a rest day today, but completely unintentional, oopsie!
