Felt very lightheaded several times torwards the end, walking at that point.

On the positive side, there were no major errors, only bobbles or circuitious route choices that avoided climb or rough terrain if possible. The strategy paid off, as it were, because quite possibly the engine would have locked up completely otherwise.

Feeling better on the return trip from FP than I have in a long time on a bike. Amazing that deadening your run legs wakes up your bike legs.

orienteering 1:00:00 intensity: (15:00 @1) + (15:00 @2) + (20:00 @3) + (10:00 @4)

Course vetting at FP after a trip to the bike shop. Went from hobbling and pulling up with a very bad feeling knee to interval-cruising speed. Its a mystery to me!
