Felt like major poopy after yesterday's training.
Partly because the track won't be fixed until May (I.e. no 3k time to submit), another part being general exhaustion from school/school work, and the final part because I couldn't get warm no a matter how many layers I put on.
I got so fed up with the flow of the day that I missed my last two lectures to go for an hour drive on the back roads to clear my head from stupid stress...(with a quick stop to Dunkin Donuts, naturally)
Three more days until team trials!
Three more weeks of class and then I'm done with my sophomore/junior year though, so that's something to look forward to!

3 out of my 4 classes got cancelled today so I was able to have the entire afternoon off =)
Very chilled shake out run around town!
