You know how you have those friends that say that they want to train with you to get in shape, but never seem to follow through with their wish?
Well today my childhood best friend did come with me to the gym!
We're making a plan for her to:
1) Stop smoking cigarettes
2) Drink more water
3) Do a 15-30 minute jog in the morning
4) Do 30 minutes of core at night
I was actually stoked to have someone to work out with! It gets pretty darn lonely here in the 802...
