Short but incredibly steep for the first 5km (6% in a 2½km stretch with a brief 20%! Hardest climb I've ever done.

Strenuous hike in Astrurias up to about 2000ft (from 1000) and steeply down on a difficult path to follow on the inaccurate map.

Run/walk to keep in the aerobic zone. Getting better at it on another hilly route near Braganza. Quite a bit of hiking in the last two days as well.
