Long course. I should've brought orienteering shoes, slipping and falling all over the place.

Pretty good, hills were tough. AP says 57 seconds lost, but felt more like 80-90 to me. Some hesitations on choosing route choices, and some mistakes (12 and 13) due to not realizing the scale was 1:4000 not 1:5000.

I'll probably add the map tomorrow

Tried to keep a slightly above conversational pace, but hills and being not well hydrated made that difficult. Explored a new area of trails at Griffey.

Between about .5 and 5 miles, I did not have a good idea where I was. Had to whip out my Man Hunt skills when j came to intersections I thought I had already been to before. Checking for my shoe pattern and direction to tell which way the parking lot is. Needless to say, my Man Hunt skills are still top notch.
