Long red course at Miami, didn't drink a lot of water or anything before I ran, so I had a side stitch from about halfway on, mistake on my part. My navigation was good in the more technical parts. I guess I'm just exhausted because I had no energy today, especially in the second half. And I have had a headache for a couple days and it won't go away, so... yeah
