Westerly winds blowing at 20 mph average and gusts over 30 mph! I tried to ride mainly North/South but I couldn't go down in the aerobars when the cross winds were gusting. I felt like I was going to be blown over! I had to start late, so no riding partners to draft off of.

I was exhausted after this ride. I may need to up the number of scoops per volume of water in my drink. (Perpeteum from Hammer)
