Good day of football, maybe half an hour warming up in the morning with some cuppy and joining a larger competitive game for two and a bit hours in the afternoon. Two hour spin tomorrow will be good.
I noticed yesterday evening and this morning that the pain disappeared as suddenly as it appeared. I will train on the assumption right now that it is hiding somewhere waiting to come out.

Getting pelted for the first five minutes but sunny the rest, pretty successful outing.
Nice. Finding that my shin is triggered more pushing off on a jump than landing on it, and much more noticeable on the first jump than any immediately following jumps.
