2x(3,2x2,3x1) with 1min between reps and 3mins between sets. Took first set a bit easier as haven't seshed in forever and wasn't sure how I'd feel. Managed to push harder on the second set and keep a bit closer to niamh. Running with Ellie mostly which was grand. Sure have missed the satisfying post-sesh feels. Hopefully more of this now ive got the time...
