Cycling 1:00:00 [1]

To Cramond and back in the morning for Parkrun volunteering. And to Braids from Pleasance and back home after.
4 PM

Netball 1:00:00 [2]

No subs = full hour on court. Fun times.
6 PM

Orienteering race 1:00:00 [3] 8.0 km (7:30 / km) +300m 6:19 / km
shoes: VJ Xtrm

Scottish Night Champs on BnB. No GPS as watch out of battery and phone didn't work, sad times:( Obviously know the area stupidly well but was still a bit faffy on Blackford which was annoying. Felt okay but looking at the results I was just slow, but not surprising given I ran straight after a netball match...

Plod up to Chalamain Gap with Frey whilst the boys did more techy stuff. Struggling into the wind with the snow again (should have learnt my lesson and worn goggles lol) but lots of fun had with some scrambly business in the gap.

Solo Cairngorm whilst the boys did some more techy stuff. Planned to do a loop but the wind was so blowy on top and it was whipping up all the snow to the extent that I literally couldn't open my eyes because it was so painful. Wasn't enjoying myself at this point so stopped and had a little tantrum before sorting myself out and deciding to turn around so I was with the wind and go down a different ridge. Hot choccy and honeycomb rocky road at the end made it worth it!
