Home time. Feeling pretty whacked after the last couple of weeks. Right ankle also now pretty swollen and bruised so will probably be at least a few days off running.

S6D Day 5, Creag Dhubh. Completely missed the first control and eventually bumped into Chloe so went with her to find it. Actually ended up sticking with her for the whole course lol which was lots of fun and we had a nice wee catch up! After the first 2 controls the rest of the course went super well and also felt like I was running pretty strongly, although helped by the fact I was trying to keep up with Chloe who is a better runner than I am. Good to prove to myself that I can push myself though.
No walking or hills today as ankle is still bruised so for sure needs some time off.
