6x4(1) solo meadows grind, making the most of a nice session location before going home to nothing nice... Enjoyed the faster shorter reps for once, and not constantly slipping backwards was also pretty decent. Inital plan was to hit 5k pace (4:20s) but felt pretty good so was going a bit faster. Last one the fast one too which was lovely and satisfying.
