Meadows with aj again, then down to Dean village, along WoL until Saughton and across and back on the canal. Quads a bit sore but legs were performing much better than expected! Two good weeks in the bag, easy week on the way.

13x1(1). Trying to get a bit of speed in the legs. Paced well again, around 3:45/3:50s for most. Not starting to faulter at the end so definitely some more to give!

Chill one out along the road north west of the pentlands with some troops (aj, dan, ella and alice). Uphill and tailwind the way out, downhill and headwind the way back which was fortunate. Fancy a full Pentlands loop at some point...

Weird route today but nice to mix things up. Meadows lap with aj then hermitage, braidburn and back via a bit of braids and Blackford. Potential for a BnBnB? Got a sudden spurt of energy at the top of the hill so let my legs go for a bit which was fun.

3x8(2). Wasnt sure how my legs were feeling so set off aiming for 4:40s. Turned out to be about the right pace so just tried to keep it consistent for them all. Finally actually managed to pace them pretty well: 4:39, 4:36, 4:36. Nice.
