An unplanned half to celebrate the end of exam #1. Went out with the plan of a long run, just wasn't sure how long I'd end up going. But felt good just plodding along so ended up aiming to get in the half. Knees pretty sore by the end.

Tried to run harder today but legs weren't really having it which was a shame. Flatter route down the valley and back was nice though. Also the rain was nice and refreshing!
