Failed haries sesh. Didn't think I was tired but legs were barely moving, not felt so sluggish in a long time:(( Just could not keep any pace, kept dropping off without realising. Did 2xmile (out of 3) but was too depressing to do another so kinda 'fast' jogged round a 1k by myself. Finished with some strides which I enjoyed more. I like sprinting.
