Plod plod plod round BnB with Freya, Lucia and Helen. All just lovely but did mean I didnt get a seat on 4th in lib :(((

Round some new roads on Portobello side of the seat with Freya. Thought we'd be on for a slow plod but the downhill start got us going so we kept it up. Tough into a super strong headwind back up Queen's Drive!!

Up with some kinda drills and strides.

Failed haries sesh. Didn't think I was tired but legs were barely moving, not felt so sluggish in a long time:(( Just could not keep any pace, kept dropping off without realising. Did 2xmile (out of 3) but was too depressing to do another so kinda 'fast' jogged round a 1k by myself. Finished with some strides which I enjoyed more. I like sprinting.

Library hours: NONE. Got a big fat 12 hour sleep, did a food shop and hoovered the flat. What a day.

Haries pre-gym (although no gym) lap of the seat. Bit faster than usual but felt good. Right foot was very sore though which was odd. Slowing me down so was nicely dropped off the back of the group :(((
