Preseason training. Match play as girls were being assessed for their umpire quals.

Small post matches fitness session with the 1s (cheeky). 20s on, 20s off x12, followed by some footwork drills and planks, then finished with 10s on, 10s off x6. Lovely. And thankfully proved to be a better runner than the others!

Up Black Hill, some lovely cross country across to Holme Moss (not sure aj appreciated this being in his hokas...), across the road and followed the skyline round to ramsden road before dropping back down to home. I enjoyed myself, not feeling too tired after another rest day and it didnt rain too much.

Taking aj round the nicest shortish loop from home. Up to Digley, across to Holme and down passed Underhill. Legs sooo tired. Struggling to keep moving up any hill so ended up walking some bits.
