Couple hours of table tennis in the evening at mums club in Hudds. Did some proper drills and then got thrashed in some games and then did some more drills. A surprisingly good workout.

Bradford Grammar School. Tricky but super fun! Most time lost just trying to find the next control on the map with the tiny circles... 8th/75 !!

Lister park sprint. Nothing tricky. Set off at an easy pace for about the first third, but then decided i felt strong so pushed myself a bit faster. Felt goood! 29th/73, 3mins down on Alice Leake.
