With Alex:))) From Hillend up Caerketton and Allermuir and then home via Braidburn and Hermitage. Tops off all the way to Hermitage, such a lovely day! An easy long run as they go, all the climb at the beginning then just a nice cruise downhill all the way home :))

Down to the grass track for some intervals. Unfortunately there were cricket matches on so had to change plans. Jogged a lap of the field watching the cricket whilst Alex did a tempo (wasn't planning on running at all today so gave this a miss).

6x~300m (2mins) across the field. Again, not a massive sesh (two half sessions this week equalling a whole one???). Having not run anything like this in ages, pacing was miles off and started way too fast and then died... Oh well, got it done.

10x [1min on, 1min off]. Not the most intense of sessions but just trying to get my legs moving a bit faster. Been plodding so hard recently and it's a bit frustrating. This was okay.
