Sunday long run with dad from Newmillerdam. Out along the railway and back on the canal. Rather wet and muddy but very enjoyable all the same. Kept a consistent pace so happy:)

Newmillerdam night-o. All pretty smooth apart from spending 5+ minutes looking for a thicket... Looking at it now I seem to have found a parallel path that wasn't on the map so I wasn't looking in the right place -.- Felt like I was moving okay though.

Just whilst my headtorch was charging a bit. 3x10 calf raises on each leg, 15 press ups and some core.

To the top of the seat and back round the road. Needed after a hella long day in the lib.. Calves were all g :))
