Straight to gym after exam again. A wee spin sesh with Molly: 10min wu; 1,2,3,2,1 (1min); 3x30on/30off; 10min wd. Then 3x20 tricep extensions and 3x10 bicep curls both w/5kg #gettingmassive.

Calves a lot less painful! Haven't run in a while though.... Starting digging into my ITs which was super painful.
