To harriers. 'Accompanied' by dad (on his mtb) when I hadn't ditched him ;) Only almost got killed by one lunatic.

Up. Legs like lead weights.

Running hills 4:30 [5] 0.9 km (5:00 / km) +120m 3:00 / km

Steep Ridings hill session. Such short reps but they're such a killer. About 60m with like 10m of climb. Previous times doing this session we've done 6 or 7 reps, but John decided to 'go for the record' so we did 12! Basically died. Also did 2 flat reps at the end just to loosen off a bit.

2xshort, 2xlong. Then as a bit of a change, 3x single short sprints and 3x downhills. Bit tired.
