CSC final, Helsington Barrows. Legs felt really tired so knew I was going to be slow. Nav was good apart from #3; knew I had to climb a couple of contours but felt I'd dropped a couple if anything so went left when I should've gone right.. Relocated off the path and went in but I was so confused:/ Anyway, rest was fine just felt soooo slooooow -.- like 10 mins down on Pippa ://///

YHOA squad training! Loooooads of people which was awesome :D We got paired with a youger/inexperienced member to help them. I was with a girl from SYO and she was steady but seemed to know what she was doing! Two light greens and a few controls on the green with her before lunch.

Tigers. Didn't realise quite how short this run was.... Felt full of beans again! What's got into me recently? Anyway, need to move up a group for definite.

3 x bike shop loop (~680m). 4 x hill sprint (~90m). Few reps as start of winter season, but will increase. Feeling good again tonight!
