Chester City Sprint. (Forgot my trainers so running in x-talons which really wasn't ideal....) Fine just too slow for these things.

Dale Camp Sprint. Enjoyed this and speed wasn't tooo bad.

DEE sprint, Eastham Country Park. Womens Open, 2.4km.
Scale caught me out on a few of the controls at the start but apart from that I was flowing pretty well and also moving rather fast. Quite enjoyed this! Second when I left behind Helen Winskill.

Tigers group at harriers. Thurstonland Bank route (I was first to the top woo!). Feeling full of beans and so was rather enjoyable :)

Suicides at giants. One person runs whilst the other does an exercise and then swap. 5 exercises: sergeant jumps, plank, press-ups, leg raises and squats.

Match v Genies. Winning after first half but they swapped their shooter and ended up annihilating us :/ got player of the match though :))
