Last ever U16 match! D: Vs Leeds Stars 1. Also last match of the season so we took 12 players, meaning everyone only got 2 quarters... Played C for first and third. Legs a bit tired and training this afternoon so glad I only played two really. We won 24-19 :D

Sprintervals in Sheffield planned by Nick L. Paired with Pippa so we rotated who started and who chased. Good fun and good practice for Friday!

Shuttle runs. One way planned a leg for a course on a Lancaster Uni map and then turned around and ran back. Kept going until I finished the course. Did this twice. Includes some jogging between the sprintervals.

YHOA squad training day at Hood Hill and White Horse. Lots of steep hills. Calves felt alright! Only issue was me kicking them and them getting whipped by sticks, as they're still sore to touch.

Three short courses focussing on one leg downhill, one leg contouring and then the last uphill to the finish. It was hilly!!!

Long legs course. Route choice over or around a big hill; Tara and Sarah went over (their choice...) and I went around. I beat them by about 2 mins.

5 x hills (~80m), 5 x flats (~80m).
Started off thinking id take it steady because of my calves, but after the first hill realised that they weren't going to bother me. Normal paced session it was. Think I'm a second faster on all of these reps than what I used to be!

Decided to still go tonight just to get my calves moving a bit. Took it easy though and didn't do any of the jumpy things at the beginning. Easy session anyway so glad I went. Didn't stay for seniors.

No time for anything tonight. Going straight from school to Sheffield for a massage on my calves. They've been really bad recently so I'm hoping Richard will be able to loosen them off for me and I'm just praying that they will be no trouble at the JK.....

Vs Shelley B. Had netball moderation at school today so had played pretty intensely for a whole hour already. Could definitely feel it in the legs and I was pretty sluggish around the court. Still, the team played well and we won 25-14.
